Fukuoka Full-Day Kyushu Natural Animal Park & Kinrin Lake Tour

I was extremely satisfied with the schedule, which was perfectly put together and included Hell's Hot Springs, Yufuin, and the African Safari. Among the attractions, the safari was particularly impressive. I can't quite recall the guide's name, but Ms. Tak Eun-ji's (?) detailed guidance was excellent, and the recommended must-try foods in Yufuin were incredibly delicious. Also, at the end of the trip, they recommended great restaurants and provided a lot of useful information, which I really appreciated.

This Kyushu trip was incredibly fulfilling! Our tour guide, Ms. Xu, was particularly outstanding. Her Mandarin and English were both fluent, and her explanations were clear and engaging, allowing every tourist to gain a deep understanding of each attraction's charm. During the itinerary, Yufuin's tranquil streets and the morning mist over Lake Kinrin were picturesque. The cobalt blue hot springs of Umi Jigoku (Sea Hell) were astonishing natural wonders. And the Kyushu Natural Animal Park offered a unique and fascinating animal encounter experience. The only minor drawback was that a little more time there would have been perfect, allowing everyone to enjoy the experience at a more leisurely pace. Overall, Ms. Xu's professional, detailed explanations and thoughtful service, combined with the stunning scenery, made for an unforgettable trip. Highly recommended!

I recently took a bus tour from Fukuoka that covered the zoo, Beppu, and Yufuin all in one go, and I had a truly fulfilling and enjoyable time thanks to our guide, Ms. Kang Chun-hwa. Initially, I was a bit worried about trying to visit so many places in one day, but she meticulously managed the schedule, making it easy and comfortable to enjoy everything without feeling rushed. In particular, she kept the atmosphere lively with informative explanations and witty comments during the travel time, so my mom and I were constantly laughing. We were able to fully experience the unique atmosphere of Japan while strolling through the charming scenery of the Beppu hot spring area and the quaint streets of Yufuin, and we also enjoyed healing while watching the adorable animals at the zoo. My mom was very satisfied, saying, "The guide's explanations made the trip even more memorable," which made me feel proud as well. It was such a fulfilling and fun tour that the day flew by. If I ever come to Fukuoka again, I definitely want to tour with Ms. Kang Chun-hwa again!

I really liked the tour, so I'm going to write down some great tips for Koreans!! At the meeting point, I didn't know that the person holding the yellow Gogoda picket was the tour guide. Fortunately, I received a KakaoTalk message from the guide on the morning of the tour, so I called him and found him (there were many other tour meetings at the meeting point besides us). Guide Kang Chun-hwa speaks Chinese and Korean so fluently that I couldn't even guess what nationality she was! I liked the detailed information she provided in every word she gave, and the places and food she recommended, and she was kind. I also liked that the tour schedule was generous enough to enjoy everything. The only regret is that it would have been better if we could have taken the zoo bus (some animals on the zoo bus were sticking around to ask for food), but the tour bus stopped at every animal spot, which was nice (I personally think that if you sit on the middle window on the right side of the car, you can see more animals) ☆ Since we decided to stay in Beppu, we didn't return to Hakata Station, but we got off at the last hot spring tour and told them. However, there were also travelers who started the tour from Yufuin and returned to Hakata. I think it's good to use the tour bus in various ways. (The guide gave me a coupon in Yufuin, so I bought mayu cream at a discount, but the yogurt recommended for 330 yen was really delicious, so I slurped down 4 yogurts on the spot. ㅠㅠ I recommend the 330 yen yogurt over the other yogurts! You have to eat the shiitake mushroom skewers too!!!ㅎㅎ Since you have a lot of time to eat during the tour, it's better to skip breakfast! ☆☆

I made a last minute reservation the day before and received an email in the evening, but since it was in English I didn't understand the flag at the meeting point so I called them. I thought it was a Klook flag but it was actually a tour company flag so I'll be more careful next time. There were about 5 companies waiting at the same meeting point so I was a bit worried. I was the only Japanese person on the tour, but they were kind enough to help me in Chinese, Korean, English and Japanese so I didn't have to worry. They were able to accommodate my last minute reservation the day before so I would recommend them to anyone who decides to go the day before.

The tour was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, everything was well-organized and the guide was extremely knowledgeable. It offers something unique and memorable. The transportation was comfortable, and the local food we sampled was a highlight of the trip. Highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants a deeper understanding of the culture. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Driver and tour guide are friendly. the time at safari is insufficient. After driving through safari, it left 30mins to see the remaining areas, which is not enough. Beppu 海地狱 is interesting.

would recommend trying the egg with soy sauce. African wildlife reserves was good stay on the bus while going though it the drive stop for heap of time to take photo.

I wanted a Korean tour, and I was so happy to meet Tak Yeon-ji, a guide who is fluent in Korean, Chinese, and Japanese and takes such meticulous care of everyone. It made the Korean-language tour really enjoyable. My favorite place on this tour was the Kyushu Nature Farm. It was so beautiful and had so many rare animals that it was much more fun than I expected. I also lost track of time while exploring Yufuin and Beppu. Every time we got back on the bus, the guide kindly reminded us of the location and time, so we could move around smoothly. The value for money is great, and thanks to the fun guide, the tour was many times more enjoyable and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this tour.

It was easy to find Tour Guide Tan and Mr. Zheng at the meeting point on the day of departure. They were clearly marked and helped me confirm that I was in the right place. Along the way, they explained the scenic spots in English and Mandarin, highlighting key attractions and how to explore them, before giving us free time. If anyone wasn't back on the bus on time, they would help find them before driving off, which felt very safe. My wife and kids had a very happy and satisfying day, especially soaking in the hot spring, which was so comfortable. Thank you very much to them.
