The driver was very good! Arrive at the hotel half an hour before your appointment and wait, and the geographical location will be briefly explained before you arrive at the attraction. Driver was early. We have little to no issue with our experience apart from some locations we went can’t stop vehicles which we need to find places that we can be dropped off/picked up. Chartering vehicle makes big group of 14 easier for further locations.

driver was on time and 15 min early. although not English speaking, google translate makes it work for effective communication. very experienced driver and felt safe for a family of 16 with kids including infant. we had car seats available. highly recommend to use service!
