Pre-departure Notice

• Please ensure that the communication app you have reserved can contact you during your trip to Japan. We will contact you one day in advance. We will send the vehicle information and tour guide information for the next day's trip to your email before 8:00 PM the day before departure. Please check it carefully (it may be in the spam box). To ensure a smooth trip, please be sure to contact the tour guide or driver in a timely manner. Thank you.
• If the number of participants does not reach the minimum group size, you will be notified of the cancellation by email one day before departure. In the event of extreme weather such as typhoons or heavy snow, you will be notified by email whether the trip is cancelled by 6:00 PM local time one day before departure.

Seats and Vehicles

• The itinerary is a group tour, and seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any special needs, please make a note. We will do our best to arrange it, but the final arrangement will be subject to the actual situation on site.
• The type of vehicle used will be arranged according to the number of people, and the type of vehicle cannot be specified. When there are few people, a driver may be arranged to also serve as an attendant, and the explanation content will be relatively brief.
• If you need to bring luggage, you must inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without authorization, the tour guide has the right to refuse you to board the bus and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the car, and if damage is caused, compensation will be required according to local standards.

Itinerary Adjustment and Safety

• Japanese law stipulates that operating vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If the time is exceeded, an additional fee will be incurred (ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 yen/hour).
• The itinerary is for reference only. Actual traffic, stay, and tour times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. The tour guide may reasonably change or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation.
• If cable cars, cruises, and other facilities are suspended due to weather or force majeure, we will change to other scenic spots for sightseeing or adjust the duration of stay.
• If you are late due to personal reasons, temporarily change the meeting place, or leave the group midway, the fee will not be refunded. You will be responsible for any accidents and additional expenses incurred after leaving the group.

Season and Scenery

• In winter, in the event of special circumstances such as highway closures or restrictions on entry to scenic spots, we will reduce or change the route, and no refund will be given.

Other Information

• Please arrive at the meeting place on time. We will not wait for those who are late, and you cannot join the group midway.
• It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain trips.

* The itinerary does not include personal travel and accident insurance. It is recommended to purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have certain risks. Travelers should carefully register based on their own health conditions.

* After the itinerary departs, if it is forced to be terminated due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded, and travelers will also have to bear the cost of return or additional accommodation.

* During peak travel periods on Japanese red days and weekends, there are often severe traffic jams or early closing of attractions. It is recommended not to book flights, bullet trains, or dinners for that night, and to bring your own snacks and power banks.
