we entered the museum easily without having to print out the tickets. just scan the QR code in the Klook app. can take a tram from Amsterdam Centraal station or 30min walk. it’s a sombering experience and we spent slightly more than 2 hrs at the museum. The ticket comes with an audio guide and you can just scan the device at different parts of the museum to listen to the narration.
A unique and very interesting experience. Easy to book through Klook: simple and straightforward. Price: Very affordable.
The museum itself was great - it focused very nicely on the lives of the Dutch Jews during the second World War. Very impactful videos and displays. Unfortunately I paid for 3 pax, but only received 1 qr code from klook. The lady at the museum entrance said it was only a ticket for one, but was kind to let all 3 of us in anyway.
