Usage reminder

Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
eSIM usage date calculation: The validity period is calculated in 24-hour increments, starting from the time of installation and upon arrival in the UAE. Please be aware of this when calculating the number of days.
Data reset time: If you purchase a daily fixed data plan, your data will be reset every day at 0:00 UTC+0.
After receiving the eSIM QR code, please install and activate it within 29 days. Once installed, the first day of usage will be calculated from when you arrive at your destination and activate the eSIM.
