📍 Reservation and Meeting Information

  • This tour requires a minimum of 2 people per departure date to proceed. If the minimum number is not met, you will be notified at least 7 days prior to departure regarding the cancellation of the unfulfilled booking.
  • Please arrive at the designated meeting location 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Late arrivals will be considered a “no-show” and will not be refunded.
  • All important notifications will be sent via email. Please check your inbox regularly to avoid missing critical information.

🚗 Tour and Transportation Arrangements

  • This tour is a shared day trip within Japan and will be joined by other international travelers. Please be punctual and adhere to the group's pace.
  • The vehicle type will be adjusted based on the number of participants on the day. Specific vehicle requests cannot be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding.
  • The order of activities may be adjusted due to traffic or weather conditions. Please follow the instructions of the staff.
  • On-site staff will provide assistance in Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean. Language selection is not available. Thank you for your understanding.

🍒 Seasonal Fruit Picking Experience

  • This tour includes a seasonal fruit picking experience, which will be arranged according to the actual season. Common items and times are as follows:
  • Late June to Early July: Cherries (representative varieties such as "Satohnishiki," which are highly sweet with delicate flesh)
  • Early August to Mid-September: Peaches (such as "Hakuto," which are soft and juicy)
  • Mid-August to Late September: Grapes (such as "Kyoho," which are plump and have a rich flavor)
  • Early October onwards: Apples (such as "Sekaiichi" and "Benitama")
  • Fruit varieties and available picking times may be adjusted due to weather, yield, and other factors. Specific varieties cannot be requested, and the picking experience cannot be guaranteed.
  • In the event of special circumstances requiring changes to or cancellation of the experience, you will be notified according to the notification policy of this tour (via email 7 days prior to departure), and alternative options or refunds will be provided as appropriate.
  • You can sample the fruits on-site after picking. Some orchards also offer additional purchase options (depending on on-site conditions).

🧳 Luggage and Participation Requirements

  • Participation is not recommended for infants under 2 years of age or individuals with mobility issues. This tour does not provide infant car seats or accessible facilities.
  • If you need to bring large luggage or have train connection requirements, please specify this when booking, and we will assist with arrangements as appropriate.

👟 Clothing and Meal Suggestions

  • Recommended attire: Light and comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking and photo opportunities during the tour.
  • Recommended items to bring: A small handkerchief or towel. Ginzan Onsen Street offers free foot baths, which can be used after soaking your feet.
  • Lunch is free time and at your own expense. Please manage your own meal expenses and choose your own meals. Staff can provide basic assistance; however, if you have allergies or dietary restrictions, be sure to confirm the ingredients and choose carefully.
