- Tourists who are 1.5 meters (inclusive) or taller, or between 10 years old (inclusive) and 60 years old (exclusive).
- Preferential tickets: 1. Children: Children with a height of 1M < height ≤ 1.4M or aged 3 years ≤ age ≤ 11 years (child's age is based on ID card annotation) (must be accompanied by a paying adult to enter the park) 2. Seniors: Visitors aged 60 years and above 3. Free admission: Children with a height of 1M (inclusive) or below or aged 3 years (exclusive) or below, must be accompanied by a paying adult to enter the park.
- YaoXue Snow World tickets are subject to real-name registration, one person per ticket. Please use the ticket on the date and session purchased. It will be void after the expiration date, and once sold, tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.
- The ticket is valid for one-time use only. Re-entry is not permitted during the visit. If you wish to re-enter after leaving Yaoxue Snow World, you must purchase a new ticket.
- Children or adults 1.5 meters (inclusive) and above in height must enter the park with a standard ticket; children under 1.5 meters (exclusive) in height or under 10 years old (exclusive), seniors aged 60 and above, disabled persons with valid certificates, and military personnel can enter the park with a preferential ticket. Disabled persons and military personnel need to purchase tickets at the visitor service center with their valid identification.
- Yaoxue Snow World is divided into skiing and snow entertainment areas. Cross-area play is not allowed, so please purchase tickets according to your needs. Additionally, during your visit, it is forbidden to privately engage in ski instruction for commercial gain. Once verified, on-site staff have the right to ask you to leave, and related tickets will not be extended, postponed, or refunded.
- Timing for YaoXue Snow World tickets starts when entering the gate and ends when exiting. Overtime will incur additional charges based on the publicly displayed prices. For specific overtime fee standards, please refer to the ticket prices displayed at the YaoXue Snow World Customer Service Center. Please plan your play time accordingly.
- The ticket sales for Yaoxue Snow World stop 4.5 hours before closing, and the latest entry time is 4 hours before closing.
- Visitors who enter the park with a snow card for the experience, please keep your snow card safe throughout your visit. If you are unable to enter or leave the Snow World normally due to damage or loss of your snow card, please go to the Customer Service Center of Yaoxue Ice and Snow World or the payment counter at the exit to consult staff for a replacement snow card or to purchase another ticket.
- The project carries certain risks. Tourists under 18 years old (excluding 18) must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult to enter the park (one adult can accompany a maximum of two tourists under 18 years old (excluding 18) at a time).
- To protect your recreational rights, YAOXUE Ice and Snow World has purchased insurance for you. Please pay attention to your safety while playing. If you have special needs, you can add additional insurance yourself; please consult on-site staff for details.
- Before purchasing tickets, please carefully read the "Yao Xue Ice and Snow World Visitor Notice" and "Yao Xue Snow World Visitor Notice" and other related announcements. By purchasing tickets, visitors are deemed to have accepted the relevant regulations of Snow World.
- Weekdays: Dates excluding peak and special peak days
- Peak days: ① Saturdays and Sundays except for July, August, and special peak days ② Mondays to Fridays in July and August ③ 10 days before and 7 days after the Spring Festival: January 18-27, February 5-11 ④ New Year's Day, January 1
- The voucher is valid from 1 Sep 2026 00:00 to 30 Sep 2026 23:59
- Tickets can be verified and used on any day within the validity period from September 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, excluding the purchase date. On the day of the visit, visitors can enter the park with a valid ID. Tickets will be void after the expiration date.
