Zhuhai Wutong Tree Hotel (Hengqin Port, Zhuhai) Accommodation Package

Overall, good!! High value for money, plenty of space around the bed, and excellent room facilities, with toy cars and rocking chairs for the kids to play with. The kids loved the ball pit and games arcade downstairs, which was convenient. The kids really loved the room.

It's very convenient to use, the room is spacious, and the cleanliness is acceptable. It offers great value for money. The children had a wonderful time playing in the ball pit; just remember to supervise them. On the day of our stay, there were no shopping malls nearby that we could access. You can get food from the lobby or take a Didi (ride-sharing service) to a nearby restaurant. The breakfast selection is extensive, with freshly cooked noodles, fries, fried eggs, chicken drumsticks, bread, steamed cakes, steamed buns, and more. You can also temporarily store your luggage after checkout.

It's a hotel apartment, very new and clean, with large rooms and decorations that kids love. It has bunk beds, but the stairs don't have any anti-collision protection, making it a bit dangerous for kids to go up and down. There's no door in the area where you change clothes after showering, which isn't very convenient. The breakfast arrangement is strange, and it's quite crowded. You can fill your stomach, and it's not terrible, but don't have high expectations. The playground is quite nice and new, with a large ball pit, but the air conditioning isn't sufficient. Even when it's not too crowded, there are many balls in some areas, making it difficult to move around. However, my three-year-old had a great time and burned off a lot of energy. Overall, the value for money is okay, and it's worth trying.

The room is very large, clean and tidy, and the bunk bed is enough for the kids to have fun all night. The wave pool is larger than expected, and all the facilities, including slides and trampolines, allow parents to play together. Adults and children alike have a lot of fun. Aerial balancing tests that cost NT$80 a jump in the shopping mall outside can be played here. There were almost no people there before dusk on a Saturday. I played until closing time and then went out to eat and drink in the nearby shopping mall. It was very fulfilling and satisfying. The only slight disappointment was the video game city. Something equals nothing. If you don’t have expectations, you won’t be disappointed. The bathroom has no door, so you have to race against time to get dressed after taking a shower, otherwise you will easily catch a cold. Overall, the price/performance ratio is high and worth going again.

The Double 11 price is very affordable, including a children's playground and breakfast. The room is large and clean, the bed is big, there is a terrace, and the scenery is good. You can also watch the night view of Macau or set off fireworks on both sides of the corridor. The breakfast food is not super rich but there are many choices.

Our two families checked in together, and while our rooms were on the same floor, they were at opposite ends. The shower water wasn't hot enough; it was okay for adults, but we were worried the children might get cold. We called the front desk many times. The TV remote only had one battery for some reason, the hanging chair was missing its cushion, there were no bathrobes, no children's slippers, and we were short one shower gel but had an extra shampoo. Perhaps because it was the New Year holiday, breakfast was extremely crowded, but the food was decent.

The children were very satisfied and wanted to play together again next time. They played until 1:00 am before going back to the room to sleep.

The experience was okay. The hotel exterior is gorgeous, but there's a strange smell inside, although the rooms are quite spacious. The night view is beautiful. The outdoor recreational facilities are quite old, and the ball pit inside is so full it's hard to move around. These entertainment options are best suited for kids aged 3-10.

A very large hotel with clean rooms and wide beds. The room package includes tickets for one large and one small children's playground, which can be entered and exited without restrictions within a day. The room includes breakfast for two large guests, and children under 1.2 meters are free.

To be honest, the expectations were a bit too high. The location is easy to find, and the Hengqin Port is about a 20-minute walk away. We went to check-in at around 2 o'clock, and the staff said that the room was still being cleaned and we could go to the playground first. Disappointment 1: Although the playground is large, it is obvious that it is not well maintained. Some facilities are difficult to use and the safety buckle often gets stuck when climbing. Disappointment 2: There are too many waves in the ball pool. I saw many children tripping over them and adults could hardly move. Disappointment 3: The bottom of the pool is very dirty, and I often step on things. When I go to the room and take off my shoes, I see that the bottom of my socks are black. The room is big, the bed is also big, one bed is enough for 3 people to sleep. On the way, I found that there were only empty boxes of toiletries, so I immediately called customer service to follow up. Fortunately, they were sent back within half an hour. There are more choices in the morning and the place is also big enough. All in all, the price is good.
