I don't know if there are no family rooms for 3 or more people, or if there were no available rooms when I received it, but that was a bit of a disappointing point.

Massage Therapist: When I entered the address, Grab couldn't find it, so I wandered around for a long time before arriving. Even though I was late, I still received the full two hours of service.
