25 Taiwanese and Hong Kong instructors are available, providing lessons in Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, or English. Each instructor holds international instructor certifications, such as CSIA, CASI, NZSIA, SBINZ, and APSI system certifications.
We have Mandarin Chinese instructors certified to Level 3 for snowboarding and Level 4 for skiing. With rigorous internal training, each instructor can provide the most professional service.
Established for 8 years, we serve approximately 4,000 students annually and have helped tens of thousands of students learn to ski. Deeply rooted in the Niseko area, we can assist with inquiries regarding hotels, transportation, ski equipment, and more, making us Niseko experts. Whether you are new to skiing, skiing with family, or looking to improve your technique, we can provide the most professional ski lessons!
Our company is a legally registered Japanese company, and our courses are covered by third-party liability insurance. For more comprehensive protection, we also recommend that students purchase their own travel insurance.

What to expect

Ski Resort Features Niseko Ski Resort, located in Hokkaido, Japan, is a world-renowned ski destination famous for its abundant powder snow and diverse terrain. We offer lessons at Hirafu, Annupuri, and Hanazono (hotel guests only), with interconnected peaks providing a variety of ski runs. Suitable for beginners to advanced skiers, it also offers Japan’s top-tier hotels and dining options. Niseko’s ski season lasts up to five months, attracting ski enthusiasts from around the world to enjoy the ultimate ski experience.

Powder Chasing Features ‧ Powder Chasing is a legally recognized Niseko United teaching organization. Each instructor is equipped with a commercial teaching ski pass and badge. ‧ Powder Chasing has 25 instructors who can teach in Mandarin, English, Cantonese, and Thai. ‧ With Mandarin-speaking Level 3 snowboard and Level 4 ski instructors, our rigorous internal and external training ensures that our instructors’ teaching skills remain at the forefront of the industry. ‧ We maintain stable teaching quality, and every instructor holds international instructor certifications such as APSI, CASI, CSIA, SBINZ, and NZSIA. ‧ With 8 years of operation in Niseko, we serve approximately 4,000 students annually and have helped tens of thousands of students learn to ski. ‧ Our company is a legally registered Japanese company, and we have insured our students with third-party liability insurance for the courses. Course Features and Content ‧ Whether it’s a first-time experience, advanced skill improvement, tree run powder skiing, or family-friendly lessons, students will learn techniques and have a wonderful skiing experience. ‧ During the lesson, we will assist in filming personal skiing videos and photos, allowing you to capture memories while learning.

Detailed Pre- and Post-Lesson Services ‧ Before departure, you are welcome to consult with our customer service for itinerary arrangements such as accommodation, transportation, and restaurants. ‧ Before the lesson, you can contact the instructor to understand the course arrangements and class instructions, and communicate with the instructor to establish a course plan. ‧ After the lesson, you can use videos for motion analysis and apply it to your next ski, achieving the most efficient teaching.
