Hong Kong Baking Class: Hong Kong-Style Egg Tart & Custard Mooncake
[This is an instructor-led baking experience. We also offer a self-service baking experience without an instructor.]
In this baking experience, you will learn and create two traditional Chinese pastries by hand: Hong Kong-style egg tarts and custard mooncakes. You can enjoy them immediately or take them home in provided packaging.

What to expect
- Learn to make delicious Chinese pastries by hand, discover the history and origins of the delicacies, and learn more about the stories behind these two foods.
- Easily experience the fun of baking.
- The whole course is instructed in English (private groups can choose Chinese instruction) in small classes.
- The experience class includes the necessary materials and equipment. You can enjoy the finished product immediately after making it, or take it away with the packaging box.
