Not recommend to book tour guide here, it was bad experience to me. You can buy here only if you will get the ticket at the place you visit. You have to meet their staff 15 mins before your booking time, but if you can’t find them or can’t contact them even you were on time, you lost your money. Klook will not responsible for it if the local operator said that they won’t give refund to you. They don’t even give you prove of their explanation.
My trip to the museum was canceled without any reason. I contacted Klook and was unable to obtain tickets. They only said that the service provider made a mistake and told me to wait for a refund. They did not help me contact the provider to buy tickets for other times. But there are no morning tickets anymore, and you can only buy the original price tickets, which is a double loss of time and money. The refund could not be given immediately because the refund price was for a combo purchase and the customer service itself did not know it.
