One of the core activities of Anima Tokyo Fair Sake Fest 2024 is sake tasting. Participants can sample a variety of sakes from different regions, learning about the different brewing methods and flavor characteristics. The Sake Festival gathers high-quality sakes from all over Japan, allowing participants to taste over 200 different kinds of sake in one place. These sakes include well-known brands as well as unique selections from smaller breweries.

What to expect

Anima Tokyo Fair Sake Fest 2024 is located within Japan Yokomachi at the Sivercord. At the event, in addition to sampling different sakes, participants can also enjoy nearby Japanese restaurants offering various traditional Japanese dishes paired with sakes featured in the festival, enhancing the authentic Japanese experience.

The venue also offers bottled sake sales, where attendees can purchase unique sakes that are hard to find elsewhere and interact with brewers to learn more about the products.

The event also features master classes where participants can register on-site. Through tastings and explanations from the brewers, attendees can gain a deeper understanding of the sake brewing process and the flavor and characteristics of the products.
