Dali Museum, Figueres and Cadaques Dali Day Tour from Barcelona

I enjoyed a great day with this cozy small group tour. Manu our guide is extremely energetic and enthusiastic to introduce us the stories at every location we passed by. Wonderful scenary and nice recommendation of lunch at a local restaurant. Highly recommended!

Instead of the Dali Museum day trip I booked, I was mistakenly put on a different tour of Girona and nearby beaches. I couldn't join my original tour midway, and I ended up wasting almost a whole day on a tour I wasn't interested in, and I haven't received a satisfactory refund. During hotel pickup, the guide/driver only checked participants' names and didn't check vouchers. I realized the mistake several hours after departing from Barcelona, when the sightseeing began. I immediately contacted KLOOK support and explained the situation to the guide, but the other seven participants were there for Girona and the beaches. It was impossible for me to join my original Dali Museum tour to Figueres and Cadaqués from Girona alone, or to return to Barcelona, so I had no choice but to participate in the other tour. The guide said that the person in charge would email me about a refund, but I received no communication. Later, KLOOK unilaterally told me via email that "they would only refund the entrance fee to the museum" and that "I had agreed to a partial refund," but I never agreed to that amount. KLOOK refunded 30 percent of the tour price, but even with that, the total doesn't even cover the difference between the tours. The Barcelona operator said that because I was on the other tour for the entire itinerary, a full refund was not possible, and that if I had contacted them sooner (when?), they could have accommodated me on my original tour or provided a full refund, but it feels like they are making excuses after the fact. And in the first place, they are being ambiguous about where the responsibility lies, saying it was due to a KLOOK system error (KLOOK has not commented on the system error). It's disappointing that neither KLOOK nor the local operator provided a sincere response, despite the obvious error in arrangements. I chose KLOOK because it has a Japanese corporation and I felt secure knowing I could receive real-time customer support via chat, but when I actually contacted customer support from the location, the information was not shared with the Barcelona operator. I was told in a later email that it was difficult to respond immediately because they had other customers to deal with, but shouldn't they prioritize urgent matters? *I also found a review from someone else who seems to have had a similar experience. They wrote that "other participants persuaded the guide to change the destination of the tour," but I suspect they were also put on a different tour, just like me.

How come you want me to leave a message? you didnt take me to the tour while i have pay for hkd 1012! your assigned tour guide is actually going to Girona instead of the Dali Museum but your team tried to cheat me and arrange the tour guidr to lead me to Girona. luckily I clarify with the team guide the night before the tour. then i told your customer service about it but until now i still have not had the refund and any related feedback about this. please give me the feedback and refund asap!
