Seafood Buffet Dinner in Novotel Nha Trang

The food is delicious and varied, it's impossible to eat everything in one visit. Will come back when I have the chance to visit Nha Trang.

As soon as I entered, I was immediately greeted with friendly guidance and went up to the second floor. In addition to the unlimited seafood buffet, I was able to receive two lobsters and enjoy unlimited beer and food. It was even better because it was close to the accommodation and convenient because it was right in front of the beach.

They also have soft drinks, but they are served in bottles or cans instead of from a dispenser, which is inconvenient when you only want a little. The lobster is small, but sufficient. It's hard to conquer all the other types. From a Japanese perspective, the sashimi and sushi were not good. The meat at the live kitchen is lean, but it's pretty good. The lobster was also reasonably good, but the shrimp at the live kitchen was better. They have almost all of Nha Trang's famous dishes, but I couldn't eat them all. What was unexpected was the fried wonton noodle. The noodles are not that great, but the broth and the pork and fried wontons are delicious. The quality of each dish is reasonably good, but personally, the taste is very hit-or-miss. The sweets are also extremely hit-or-miss. Surprisingly, the ice cream seemed to be made with good ingredients and was delicious. I enjoyed making parfaits with coconut ice cream and fruit. The lack of hot drinks such as coffee was a negative for desserts after the meal.

It's a menu that feels like the hotel breakfast has been moved to the evening. They offer unlimited beer and drinks.... There's tteokbokki, and the chef cooks several dishes, such as banh xeo, skewered meat, and mini squid. There are also three kinds of ice cream. It's held on the 2nd floor of NOVATEL, where you can have breakfast in the morning. The staff are friendly and smile.

The food was good, service was excellent, and it was well worth the price.

I went on a Sunday evening. it was mostly local families there were also two birthday celebrations. the staff was very nice courteous. the food offerings were indeed limited but appropriate for the amount paid. I didn’t get the lobster. sashimi tuna and salmon were good

Had a lovely time and dinner. Love that I was placed near the window and not a corner because I was a solo person. though it was night time, it's still nice to get a view of the street and people watch while eating. staff are attentive and quick to pick up empty plates and offer drink or refill stations.

I was able to enjoy the buffet at a cheaper price than if I ordered directly at the hotel. The grilled shrimp and shellfish were especially delicious. It may have been because it was a busy time, but the food sometimes couldn't keep up, but it came out after a while. It also included all-you-can-drink beer, so it was a good deal.

The dinner was delicious, the space was good, the staff were enthusiastic, and we will come back to dine many more times
