What to expect
The design concept is a “slow life journey” where you can relax and enjoy the view of the west coast of Kyushu. You can forget your daily life for a while with the beautiful coastline from the train window. The menu, which uses plenty of ingredients from the areas along the railway line, is only available at the Hisatsu Orange Restaurant. Dishes filled with the commitment of producers and chefs are served with sincerity by the cabin crew.
