the vendor was arctic adventures. we had gone to the wrong side of the glacier for the on-site rendezvous and we were 4hours away by car from the correct meet up point. we were simply told the next tours for the day were all fully booked and the only recourse provided to us was a cancellation certificate - no refunds at all! - which specifically mentioned we had gone to the wrong pick-up point and a 5% discount code for the next booking. better think through your itin/plans properly thoroughly before booking!
