The Victoria Harbour cruise is a good experience overall, especially for the views and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are accommodating and approachable, and they’re happy to provide refills when requested. That said, the snacks could be improved since the selection is quite basic and mostly just chips. The price could also be a bit lower, considering the Symphony of Lights can be viewed from anywhere around the harbour. Overall, it’s still a good experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement, which I think applies to most harbour cruises as well.

A very memorsble experience with my in-laws and son! We had a great time.. Although, the snacks are simple (soda, water and chips), we were treated as VIPs. The crew are also accommodating and willing to take photos..Just approach them...Lastly, I got a cheap ticket at P643 in Phillipine peso. Till next time. I will definitely book again with friends!

We booked a sunset cruise through Klook for ₱630 (per pax), not expecting anything out of the ordinary. To our surprise, after scanning our QR codes upon arrival, we were given VIP stickers to wear. Moments later, we were invited to board the cruise first. A staff member warmly welcomed us and provided exceptional service throughout the trip; he served us drinks and snacks, taking our photos, and regularly checking if we needed anything. He was so nice to us!! The entire experience felt premium, even though we didn’t pay extra for a VIP package. This is another sunset cruise to remember! We had a great time. good thing we availed this tour. the boat was nice and the time we chose was perfect during sunset and see the lights during night time. the tour guide was very accomodating, and even took us a picture during the ride. thank you so much for making our first day in HK memorable!

The boat departure point is easy to find, with a whole row of boat companies. They were offering buy-one-get-one-free deals on-site, but it's not necessarily cheaper than Klook. If you buy in advance on Klook, you can check in on-site, and the staff will put a VIP sticker on you. This allows you to board the boat first without having to wait in line. After boarding, you can find your own seat, and the staff will ask you what you'd like to drink. You can also get refills from the staff. The staff member was a young girl, and her attitude was excellent. She even offered to take photos for us. Overall, it was a great experience!

Itinerary: Excellent, a full circle around Victoria Harbour. Boat Condition: Great. Tour Guide: No tour guide, but the staff provided excellent service. They arrived at the port 30 minutes early for the meeting, look for the staff wearing vests to check-in. Since the purchase was made through Klook, the staff will put on a VIP sticker. Photos & Food/Drinks: Only VIPs can enjoy unlimited snacks and drinks. The staff will also proactively help take photos and they are very skilled. Be sure to purchase through Klook.

The overall atmosphere on the ship was relaxed yet vibrant, making it easy to unwind. Exceptional service and friendly staff.

You can go to the boarding area and book this boat right before departure. Booking through Klook is more expensive, although you are a VIP guest on the boat. You get to board first and choose your seats rather than rush to get a good viewing area, and you also get drinks and snacks. The light show itself was underwhelming, but the boat doesn't have any control over that.
