Manila to Cagayan or Pangasinan Bus (via Cubao and Pasay)

i am thankful that fivestar has already their platform here on klook it will be more convenient and more helpful

Ok naman... Kaya Lang nong nag pa booked ako deluxe ang pinili ko to make us comfortable, with cr inside, reclining chair as what the feature said. I payed the right amount for that.. But when we are in the Terminal they don't have deluxe schedule to depart from the time of their given schedule. But anyway thank you na din at Kung sobra man po binayad ko.. It's ok.

very convenient since we didnt need to line up anymore for long hours since it was also holiday! no issues on the service too

The bus leaves on time, very accommodating. the customer service is not very approachable, there's no ticket voucher, only the confirmation email.

0/5 stars we arrived before the said schedule but the bus left early. They said we had no reservation seat but yes we do have it. now they rescheduled us to a different bus but the bus is now delayed due to not enough gas. we demand for compensation. 5 star company needs to be precise on information /schedule. They even told us our seat assignments which I have attached from our conversations with the 5 star company in Facebook but the guys said the bus was already full so they left early.

The departure time is 10 PM, but I kept waiting because there were few people in the car. It departed at 11:45. It was not computerized, so there was no way to check the printed receipt. However, there was no problem because I trusted the flight attendant and took care of it.

You need to inform the bus company immediately.because my booked is 11pm they move the bus to 9pm no vacamt seat
