- Frequency: Every 30 minutes
- The bus departs between 08:30 and 12:00 to Bruges, dropping passengers near the historic center at Bruges Bargeplein bus station
- After completing your sightseeing, return to the bus station and board a shuttle back to the meeting point in Zeebrugge, with seven-afternoon departures from 15:00 -18:00 customized to fit your cruise ship's schedule
- The shuttle timetable is tailored to the all-on-board time of the cruise ship that day; therefore, the shuttle time might be subject to change
- The general rule stipulates that the first shuttle back is scheduled four hours before the final embarkment, with the last bus returning one hour prior to the final embankment

Everything went well. The office to exchange for the bus tickets is conveniently located across the street from the port gates. The entire process went smoothly. I did not even need to show the Klook voucher as my name was already on the list. The easy walk to the edge of the town center was 15 minutes from the drop-off point. The pick-up point was the same as the drop-off point.
Easy to find opposite port gates. Good coaches to Brugues - no waiting at either end. Quick and easy to get to the centre.
our cruise ship was unable to dock due to weather at the port that the shuttle would take us to Bruges. I cancel on the day of the excursion due and Klook for in contact with me immediately and after confirming the situation I was offered a full refund.. Great service klook

Very poor customer service, our ship did not call at the port in Zeebrugge due to bad weather conditions. On the homepage, under Customer contact, a different company is listed that does not feel responsible. You are stuck with the costs and can't reach anyone. Never again!
