Cook Your Choice of 3 Japanese Dishes in Nerima, Tokyo

Best cooking class in Tokyo! Our Host Ami was amazing, she showed us how to cook some authentic Japanese dishes at home and taught us some great techniques. the food was incredible and I would highly recommend to anyone wanting an authentic experience.

It was a real pleasure to share this intimate moment at Emi's home. It was an incredible meeting and experience; we were able to cook three typical and delicious dishes at Emi's home (gyoza, Okonomiaki, and Yakisoba). We also had the opportunity to chat about Japan and our home country. We are more than delighted with this experience. We highly recommend it; this experience was much more interesting than a group cooking class in the city center, which would have been far less intimate and enriching than this extraordinary moment, now etched in our memories and hearts.

Our second time cooking with Emi! She Was so excited to see us, such a wholesome experience. We made Yakitori, Hamburg Steak & Karage which were all so amazing. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn authentic Japanese cooking that you can take home to the family dinner rotation.

Emi's private cooking class was a one-of-a-kind experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visitng the Greater Tokyo area. The dishes are classic, instructions easy to follow, and food great in taste. Emi is friendly and clearly passionate about meeting visitors from different countries. Communication was excellent, and we encountered no difficulties in corresponding with Emi. The price was very fair for what you get in the 3-hour class and one of the best deals I came across on Klook.

Emi was a great teacher! We made onigiri, okonomiyaki, and Hamburg steak. Every dish turned out amazing, and was one of the best meals of our whole trip. Highly recommend.

We had a great time with Emi during the cooking class. I’ve make an effort to take a cooking class in every country I visit and this was just as good as the rest. My family and I learned so much about Japanese culture and how to cook some of the delicacies here in Tokyo. Emi was so nice, helpful and very considerate of how jet lagged we were haha. She sent us a couple of links of places we should visit while in Japan and some photos of us during our class. It was very easy to find the location of the class with the guide Emi sent. We’re very grateful for the experience!
