• Meeting Instructions:

1. Airport pick-up/drop-off is not included; costs are at your own expense.
2. Driver/Guide Notification: The driver will contact passengers before 9:00 PM the day before the meeting date. Please ensure the phone number you provided during registration is accessible.
3. Door-to-door pick-up will occur sequentially from approximately 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM. During holidays, it may start as early as 6:00 AM. Please be aware that if you book a hotel in Chengdu on your own, please pay attention to the booking area! If it's outside the area, you will need to pay for your own taxi fare. Due to severe traffic congestion in Chengdu during the morning rush hour, it is necessary to stay within the specified area to avoid delaying the itinerary.
4. When booking accommodations in Chengdu, please book within 1 kilometer of the following locations: It is recommended to stay in hotels in the Chunxi Road, Kuanzhai Alley, Wuhou Temple, and People's Park areas, which are very convenient for dining, entertainment, and activities; or near the Yangxi Interchange Metro Station and Shuhan Road East Metro Station areas, where free pick-up and drop-off are available. During summer vacation and holidays, traffic congestion is extremely heavy, so you will need to take a taxi to the meeting point confirmed by the driver. Taxi fares up to 30 RMB per order will be reimbursed; you will need to pay for any amount exceeding that.

6. The dismissal point is [Shuhan Road East Metro Station] for convenient return travel. Due to severe traffic congestion in the city center, it is not possible to drop you off at a designated hotel. Thank you for your understanding.
7. On the last day of the tour, the normal return time to Chengdu is around 7:00 PM. During peak season, traffic congestion is common. Please book plane and train tickets for the following day to avoid delaying your travel.
8. [Regarding Park Entry] All scenic spots require the original ID card or passport/Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan travel permit for entry. Please be sure to bring the documents you filled in when placing your order. If you are unable to enter the scenic spot due to forgetting to bring relevant documents or incorrect documents, the resulting additional costs will be at your own expense.
9. [Regarding Pick-up and Drop-off] Early morning pick-up is available from addresses within the Third Ring Road of Chengdu. For areas outside the designated area, please contact customer service to confirm whether early pick-up is possible. The dismissal point is near the subway station within the Third Ring Road, making it convenient to take the subway or a taxi.

[Precautions] For safety reasons, tourists aged 65 and above are required to sign a disclaimer and must be accompanied by a tourist aged 18-69; pregnant women should not participate in travel groups. For your safety, please do not conceal your actual physical condition. It is recommended to choose other suitable routes.
11. [Regarding the Use of Oxygen Concentrators]
12. Dear guests, due to the recent peak travel season, the supply of vehicle-mounted oxygen concentrators is limited. We will give priority to equipping the team with oxygen concentrators. If they are not available, we will provide each person with 2-3 portable oxygen cylinders, which can be used at any time and can be carried in the vehicle and scenic spots.
13. If you do not have enough oxygen cylinders, please @ the butler in the group, and we will coordinate with the driver to replenish them in a timely manner.
14. Special reminder: Mild altitude sickness is not recommended for continuous oxygen inhalation, as it is easy to become dependent, reduce physical strength, and increase the probability of subsequent altitude sickness. It is recommended to inhale oxygen intermittently when you feel uncomfortable for better results.
