Ho Chi Minh - Da Nang Train Ticket

train is good … only drawbacks are … carry your own food and …. washrooms are really dirty

smooth destination and duration, but the service could be more improved for the price not that cheap for sleeper train with no wifi and toilet is not pleasant, also hard mattress.

Don't take the train if you can avoid it! I had romantic notions of what this would be like and boy was I wrong. I expected the bunks to be small but bit that the cabin would be as tiny as it was or as uncomfortable. The main light was on all night so you'll need an eye mask for sure. Not sure if ear plugs will help given how loud everything is. If you do have to take the train spend the extra money to get the cabin to yourself, it was the only good thing. And bring toilet paper!

The train was set up as a commute train. Every stop was announced on a loudspeaker in our room even during the night. People smoked and talked loudly right outside our door and cigarettes smell bad. The dining car was filthy. We luckily got one of the newer cars on the train and had it nicer than most people. Very loud almost all the time! we took two other overnight train trips while touring this month. This was the worst.

We did not receive the proper vouchers to Da Nang. We booked to go to Hi Chi Minh (Saigon) to Da Nang. However after booking through Klook our tickets were reverse to Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh. I know I booked it correctly because I had reviewed it multiple times before booking. I had email Klook right away to have my vouchers to be sent to me ASAP to travel to Da Nang. Instead of cancelling my reservation to Da Nang, they issued Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh (Saigon).I am still waiting for my Full Refund from them.
