Pescador island was a great snorkeling site and the swimming with the sardines and sea turtle was an amazing experience. It was better snorkeling experience compared to other snorkeling sites that I visited in cebu.
Hello, this was a great one-day tour of Moalboal. ㅠㅠ So if you write a review, canceled message notification is not a mail, if you send a text or katok, I think it would be better. Because we didn't know that the tour was canceled, as soon as we arrived in Cebu, we ran to the meeting place and waited for 30 minutes. You could say that you waited 30 minutes, but it was really hell. The local emergency contact at the voucher can't text or reply, I can't answer the phone, and Korean counselors can't contact me. And the meeting place may be confusing. Because there was another shell gas station on the other side. And if you search your computer google map with shell select and pajo gas station, there is another gas station between pusok and pajo. When I searched with the Google App, it seemed that all the gas stations called shell came out from Mactan to Cebu. So we run around and check the address with the locals to see if we haven't been to the wrong place, so both shell gas stations are facing each other. It was 30 minutes of hell. Then I went to McDonald's meeting place until 5:45, so I wanted to stop picking up and picked up a taxi. I did. As a result, somehow we may not be able to check the mail right away. I wondered if it was. This is not the first time I've been to Klook in advance. Also, this is not the first time I've been in a bad mood because it wasn't immediately. Nevertheless, when I contacted the local emergency contact, I answered the phone, but this time was dawn, so it was nothing. Please note.

Two days ago, it was confirmed that there was no problem with klook. The activity party did not cancel it two days before the event. Suddenly, the letter was cancelled 24 hours before the event. Plus, the whale shark was a month ago and the activity party knew that the park was closed but the money was delayed. Cancel the refund, can the consumer cancel it? If it doesn't respond, it is not the same as the consumer fraud.

This is my first time to book at klook and I guess this is the last. I am very disappointed I was advised hours before the date of the tour. But in the policy they will advise us 2 days before. What happened???!!!!
