THANN Sanctuary Spa at Gaysorn Experience in Bangkok

My wife and I visited based on a recommendation from a friend who grew up in Thailand. As a result, we were so satisfied that we decided it's a must for future trips to Thailand. The treatments are in separate rooms, and you can manage even if you don't speak English. The treatments were truly relaxing and a blissful experience! Aside from the consultation, preparation, and tea and fruit time after the treatment, they provide the full treatment for the reserved time, so I recommend not packing your schedule too tightly afterward. Perhaps because it started at 11:00 AM on a weekday, we stayed for about 135 minutes for a 90-minute course. Taking a shower before the treatment is different from Japan. It was recommended as effective for moisturizing. As a result, my skin is very moist. I found out that THANN also exists in Japan, but there is a price difference of over 10,000 yen compared to here. With the discount from booking through Klook, plus the complimentary gift of a full box of sunscreen worth 1200 baht each, we were very satisfied with both the treatment and the cost performance!

Located inside the shopping center, the atmosphere is great! You'll start by filling out a questionnaire and selecting your preferred essential oil. The massage room has a shower but no restroom. The massage pressure is excellent. After the massage, you can enjoy delicious coconut water and browse/purchase products. The masseuses and staff are friendly, attentive, and provide excellent service!

The location is on the 3rd floor of Gaysorn Village next to the InterContinental Bangkok, and it was easy to find if you look for the InterContinental Bangkok as a landmark. The reception staff was friendly and smiling. The therapists massaged me deeply, following the lymphatic system. The touch was gentle and careful, and they massaged the right points. I usually like it strong, but this was just right and it felt great. I was surprised at how refreshed my face felt and how light my body felt after the treatment. My husband and I took the 90-minute signature course, and he was very satisfied. Both the atmosphere and the treatment were good. Next time, I would like to maximize the time and use this place.

I received a wonderful 90-minute massage. It was truly amazing from start to finish. Everything from the welcome drink to the post-treatment tea was delicious and a lovely thoughtful touch. The service was attentive to every detail, and the massage was so comfortable that I definitely want to come back again.

The massage technique is very gentle and comfortable. I fell asleep accidentally. The environment is very high-end. There is a separate shower room in the room, and the supplies are all their own brands. I am very happy to use them casually! The coconut water after the massage was very sweet and delicious, and there were gifts, it couldn't be so great value!

Did the 70 min Nano Shiso Rejuvenating facial. The whole facial was very relaxing and the price for off peak is a steal. Staff were friendly and happy to answer all your questions. Appreciate the fruit and tea served at the start and finish. Defintely recommended if you are in Bangkok!

My masseur gave me a very professional and comfortable massage with her skilful touch and just the right pressure. This was one of the best massages I received and absolutely unforgettable as close to the end, we had to suddenly evacuate due to the 328 Myanmar earthquake. Very grateful that despite everyone was frightened, they waited on us to quickly put on clothes and fetch our shoes. A pity I was unable to give gratuity for great service. Will certainly visit again when I’m in town next time!

It is highly recommended to purchase the treatment on KLOOK first, as it feels cheaper with gifts! But the counter clerk at THANN, a rather large lady, had a very poor service attitude. I showed her the KLOOK reservation QR code, but she completely ignored it and kept asking, "What's your name?" I was helpless and told her, then sat down and waited for her to make the arrangements. There were four of us in the group and we made two KLOOK reservations, but after a while, the female staff came over and said that we had only made reservations for three people. Finally, she still needed the KLOOK QR code to confirm. The process took about 15 minutes but we were disappointed that the masseur did not compensate us for the time. The coconut given after the massage is very sweet and delicious.
