Hong Kong Bus Charter Half-Day/Full-Day Tour (19/40/53 Seater)

So easy to customize our Hong Kong tour with this private charter. We actually exceeded 10 hours but the driver was so kind that he is willing to drop us off beyond our allocated time. The vehicle is clean and well-ventilated.

We had a great experience with the bus charter. Driver (Thomas) was on time and very patient with us. The bus is also clean and well-ventilated.

The experience with this driver was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. From the beginning, the driver had a very rude and unfriendly attitude. He spoke to our group in a harsh and aggressive tone, which made everyone feel uncomfortable. This is completely unacceptable for a paid private charter service. There was also zero service mindset. The driver did not assist with luggage at all, even though we were a large group traveling with multiple bags. Basic service expectations were clearly not met. Overall, this was one of the worst service experiences we’ve had. It significantly affected our trip, and we do not believe this reflects the standard Klook should be providing. We strongly urge Klook to review this case seriously and improve the quality control of their drivers. We would not recommend this service to others based on this experience.
