Hotel Pick Up:

• Please note down your hotel/pick up address at the checkout page
• After booking, the operator will reconfirm your pick up time and address in advance
• The driver will pick you up directly from your hotel or specified pick up point
• Please be at the pick up location's lobby or entrance at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time
• Please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays due to peak traffic time on certain routes
