What to expect
Located at the heart of Munich, the Residenz served as the regal abode for Bavarian Dukes, Princes, and Kings. It stands as Germany's largest city palace, boasting opulent interiors that rank among Europe's most extravagant. Housing prestigious art collections and a treasury, it holds unparalleled significance as Bavaria's premier cultural landmark
An exceptional experience awaits visitors every Saturday and Thursday within the Residenz. The Residenz Soloists, accompanied by members of the Munich Philharmonic, grace the Hofkapelle with melodious performances reminiscent of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's era
Each week, the concert repertoire is refreshed, showcasing masterpieces from Baroque and Classical luminaries like Bach, Vivaldi, Handel, and Haydn, as well as compositions crafted during Mozart's tenure as a guest composer at the Bavarian court

Wsh there is more information about when ticket office is opened and where to redeem, it was confusing as Residenz was large and need to ask staff several times before finding the right entrance.
It was a performance I went to without high expectations, but I was captivated by the passion and atmosphere of the musicians who played for an hour. During this season, classical performances take a break, and if you want to enjoy a performance in Europe, especially in Munich, I highly recommend this performance.
The performance itself was very high quality, and the one-hour show was just right. However, the performance location was quite difficult to find. We were about to give up after wandering around for a long time and only found it by chance on the way back to the subway. I suggest Klook provide more detailed directions.
The concert was fantastic! Both performers were amazing. The location was easy to find using the provided directions; you can't miss it. It's definitely an event worth attending.
A fantastic experience! The organizers even put the tickets in an envelope, which felt very ceremonial. An hour-long close-up musical performance felt like great value for money! The only thing is that the location wasn't easy to find. I hope Klook improves the directions.
We had a voucher for combo tickets to the Residence Musuem and a concert in the Residence chapel. The museum closes at 5pm (ticket office) but the concert doesn't start until 6:30. When we tried to use the voucher to get in the museum they would not take it. They don't take vouchers only tickets. So we purchased tickets to the museum. Then after the museum closed we went to the concert hoping they would let us in. Fortunately, they had not only our tickets to the concert but also the tickets to the museum! How were supposed to use those tickets after the museum closed! Not a good sytem and poor communication.
