Auschwitz is a very educational experience. The bus driver on the way back was also very kind. The bus stop for the return trip was the same place where we were dropped off. There was some traffic on the highway on the way back, so we arrived a little late. It's a good idea to allow extra time for your schedule after you return!
It was a wonderful experience. We departed from the underground bus terminal at Krakow Central Station, and seating was on a first-come, first-served basis. If you arrive early and wait, you'll be fine. For the return trip, the bus will arrive at the same stop as the bus that goes from Auschwitz to Birkenau. If you're unsure, just ask a nearby staff member, and they'll be happy to help!
bus came about 10 mins early. It was pretty easy to find the bus at the bus station. I would suggest for people to come early ~15-20 mins early as the people at the back of the queue had to stand throughout the close to 2 h trip to Auschwitz.
The bus for the return trip was Laikonik, and the journey went smoothly. There were no issues with the order of Chinese names.
Klook's ticket only displays the purchaser's English last name (first name is obscured) and a QR code. However, when tickets are checked on the vehicle, the validator's device shows the passenger list in the order of middle name, last name, first name, and requires a barcode, which makes verification difficult.
Terrible!! I couldn't board due to overbooking. I made the reservation 10 days in advance and even received the voucher, but it was canceled on the day of. I still haven't received a refund. How is it even possible for this to happen?
Does not work! it was not accepted when. going or returning and the QR code is meaningless
This is a scam, don't buy it. I showed my ticket when I got on the bus in Krakow, but the driver said it didn't work. I had to buy a new ticket on the spot to avoid delaying my trip. I wrote to Klook to inquire, but have not received a reply so far. It is recommended that you just get on the bus and swipe your card to buy. You won’t go wrong and it’s half the price.
When I tried to board by showing the driver my voucher, they insisted that it had to be a Polish voucher. In the end, I couldn't use it and had to pay the fare separately. Fare:
Never get fooled, I was scammed ㅠㅠ
