Luggage Information
- For carrying pets on the ferry between Taitung and Green Island or Orchid Island, please prepare the veterinary certificate; small pets must be in cages or carriers to enter the cabin; large dogs must remain on the outer deck with leashes and muzzles, and please prepare the microchip and rabies vaccination certificates
- For carrying bikes/scooters: only 5 bikes/scooters are allowed per ferry on the deck (passengers must present the corresponding ferry ticket); the surcharge is required on-site to the ferry staff before boarding; please arrive early
Eligibility
- Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- Infant ticket: Age 0-2
- Senior ticket: Age 65+ (Only applicable to Taiwanese Passport holder)

- Please note: Your selected departure time is subject to change as ferry departure times change daily. Further information about your departure time will be provided after 3 days your booking has been confirmed, and the correct information will be displayed on your Klook voucher. Please check your email regularly
- Ferry departures may be canceled in cases of severe weather conditions. If your selected ferry schedule has been canceled, you will be contacted at least one day in advance through through the contact number provided at check out or via e-mail if you cannot be contacted via phone
- Please note: This activity is only available in Chinese
- You must be at the Green Island Star ticket counter at least 40 minutes prior to your selected departure time to make time for seat assignment
- Please enter the correct passport information at checkout in order to redeem your ticket
