- The minimum group size is 4 people. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum group size specified above, the tour will be canceled, and an email notification of the tour cancellation will be sent 1 day before departure.
- Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance. In order to avoid delaying the subsequent itinerary, please be punctual.
- After the reservation is successful, we will confirm the pick-up time and location with you no later than 19:00 the day before departure. Please ensure that your mobile phone signal is clear.
- If the itinerary encounters weather, strikes, safety and other factors, for safety reasons, the notification shall prevail, and tourists will be processed for postponement or full refund.
- If you leave the group on your own during the trip, it will be regarded as an invalid transaction, and no refund will be given. If personal or property safety is caused as a result, you will be responsible for the consequences.
- According to the traffic conditions, weather, festivals, and crowds on the day, the arrival time of each itinerary may vary. Please forgive me for delays or cancellations due to the foregoing or other force majeure factors; and you cannot request a refund for this reason.
- Please provide the exact number of people (including the number of infants). If the number of people is incorrect on the day of departure, resulting in the vehicle being overloaded, the service staff has the right to refuse passengers to board the bus, and no refund will be given. Please be sure to pay attention.
- Taiwan law stipulates: children under the age of 4 must use a safety seat. If necessary, please indicate the child's date of birth, height and weight information when ordering, so that the safety seat can be prepared in advance, and please pay NT$ 300 to the service staff on site. Because the child seat will occupy 1.5 seats, the arrangement will be a little crowded when riding, please forgive me.
