Our tour guide, Andréa was not only extremely knowledgeable, but it was also clear that he was very passionate about his country and sharing its history.
Admission to the Moorish Castle is not included, but other members of the same group do have tickets included. We could only wait outside or have lunch on our own. The information written by Klook is not clear. There is no option to purchase additional tickets. It's a huge waste of waiting time, and the other attractions are also very tight.
According to the itinerary I purchased, the Pena Palace and the Moorish Castle were closed due to the storm a few days ago. Although it was a natural disaster, the driver and the tour guide did ask if we wanted to enter the other Sintra Palace. If we didn't, we would get a refund for the ticket, but the itinerary was not refundable. So after a whole day of driving, I only went to the beach and visited the Sintra Palace before returning. I felt that it was a waste of a day's time and the tour fee.
