Classic tour in Luang Prabang

I had an amazing experience on the classic tour in Luang Prabang! This tour was incredibly informative and well-organized, giving me a deep appreciation for the culture and history of this beautiful city. The highlights of the tour included visits to the National Museum, several stunning temples, and the breathtaking waterfalls. Each location offered unique insights into the rich heritage of Luang Prabang. The National Museum was a treasure trove of history, the temples were awe-inspiring with their intricate architecture, and the waterfalls provided a serene and picturesque escape into nature. Our guide, Si, truly made the experience unforgettable. Si was engaging, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing the stories and traditions of Luang Prabang. Their enthusiasm was infectious, and they went above and beyond to answer our questions and ensure everyone in the group felt connected to the culture. Overall, this tour was a perfect blend of learning, exploring, and enjoying the natural beauty of Luang Prabang. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this charming city!

We chose to do a private tour and I could not fault them. Our guide Mr Ad Phongsavanh was very knowledgeable, friendly and accomodating. Due to our error we booked the wrong date (and they were very easy to deal with make an ammendment). The waterfall is an absolute highlight and recommend you bring your bathers!

I booked the Private Tour (with Tickets) for me and my friends. But we had an incident/confusion wherein the Mekong sunset cruise was left out by the tour operator. When I mentioned and show Klook proof-of-payment and tour itinerary, they were able to manage and get us the Mekong Sunset Cruise. That ended our tour beautifully. Kudos to the tour operator, and Klook, for keeping what was booked. Shout out also to our Lao guide, Bonleua, who handled us very well. We were not able to go to Pak Ou caves anymore because it is very far. The timings are really tight, so you might need to customize your itinerary and select which where essentials for you to go to. The Royal Palace and National Museum is a must. Kuang Si waterfalls is also a must when you’re in Luang Prabang. :)

It's a good trip that let you have a breif understanding of what Laos and Luang Prabang can offer. The Kuangsi waterfall is particularly beautiful

The itinerary can be customized, you can communicate with the Taiwanese manufacturer, and you can also discuss it with the tour guide after departure. The Lao tour guide speaks fluent English and the driver drives very smoothly and is very responsible! Highly recommended! The basic itinerary for Long Por Bang will cover everything. Except for Guangxi Waterfall, which is a little rushed (it is recommended that you find time to go there by yourself), the rest of the itinerary is just right. Long Po Bang is a relatively quiet and comfortable world heritage city. Buying a one-day guided tour can quickly understand the local history and culture. It is quite worth it!

My guide, Kane, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I noticed he is very popular among his peers, as the staff at every attraction greeted him warmly. Since he used to be a monk, he was able to share fascinating unique insights into Laotian Buddhism. He also shared many travel tips and food recommendations that were spot-on. I highly recommend Kane to anyone looking for a day tour.

Yet, my highlight is Kuang Si waterfall. Best to be there before 3 PM since after that it will be tourist festival! Also ensure you pack your swimming suits! It is a must to swim in this magnificent waterfalls. Bonus: it is next to moon bear and sun bear sanctury/rescue center
