A very cost-effective accommodation package. The hotel is new, stylish, and has great service. We checked in on Tuesday and specifically booked this package to celebrate a birthday. We emailed the hotel beforehand, and they smoothly arranged a complimentary upgrade to an executive room with a sea view, as well as a birthday cake. The dinner was exquisite, with the glass-roasted pigeon being particularly outstanding. It was paired with a stewed soup that was fresh and delicious. The package also included afternoon tea and happy hour, which coffee and wine lovers will definitely enjoy. The buffet breakfast was also quite substantial.
The package is very cost-effective, staying in an executive floor room, including buffet breakfast for two and Club House cocktail + tea time, the Chinese set menu is very exquisite and delicious, the grilled food is excellent, the hotel is new, the decoration design is fashionable, elegant and elegant, and the staff in all departments are friendly We are polite. We booked this time to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The store sincerely gave us a pair of swan towels and upgraded us to a Macau view and ocean view room. We bathed in brand-name fragrance. The stay experience was very good and it is worth staying again.
Driving to the mainland from Hong Kong is very convenient; it's a quick drive after crossing the bridge. All hotel services were excellent. 1. Two executive floor rooms were upgraded to a river view room facing the Macau Tower, and the night view was stunning. 2. The infinity pool with a Macau river view, though not large, has two massage pools. The hydro-massage facing the Macau river view felt wonderful. 3. Parking is free, and even EV charging is free, but only national standard chargers are available, not European standard ones, so an adapter is needed. 4. Since I didn't have an adapter, I needed to find a charging station in the morning. The front desk automatically extended my checkout to 1 PM, but I still returned to the hotel late, and the front desk automatically extended it again. Thumbs up! 5. The hotel package included afternoon tea and happy hour on the 28th floor. 6. The hotel breakfast was also very good, with freshly made rice noodle rolls. 7. To get to Macau, cross the road from the hotel and walk about 10 minutes to Wanzai Pier. A round-trip ferry ticket costs 48 RMB, but a one-way ticket from Macau back to Wanzai Pier costs 35 RMB. If you plan to go to Macau, buying a round-trip ticket is more cost-effective. The ferry ride is only 5 minutes. I don't recommend it; if you really want to go to Macau, it's better to go via Gongbei Port. A taxi from the hotel to Gongbei Port is about 20 RMB. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Wanzai Seafood Street. I had lunch at Haijiao No. 1, which was a rip-off and not good. I ordered steamed prawns with garlic, but for some reason, they were moldy. Because I was with elderly people, the waiter recommended a type of mustard green, saying it was "tender" and very suitable. To our surprise, it was so tough that none of us could chew it. They also said the abalone was good grilled, but it was served ice cold. The lunch cost over 1000 RMB; I truly felt like I was ripped off. The hotel is about a 10-minute drive from Huafa Shangdu, where there are many shops and four European standard charging stations, so no adapter is needed there. I charged about 50% for 46 RMB. However, European standard charging stations are not yet widespread in mainland China, so it's still better to carry an adapter. Also, when traveling around Zhuhai, most chargers are fast chargers, and it's hard to find slow chargers. Breakfast: Freshly made rice noodle rolls available. Cleanliness: The rooms were clean; one of the two rooms was upgraded to a Macau river view. Transportation Convenience: Very quick to reach after driving from Hong Kong and crossing the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. Hotel Location: Faces the Macau river view, and Wanzai Pier is nearby for trips to Macau. Service: First-class, truly excellent service attitude.
For a five-star hotel, the service and facilities here are quite average. The room was clean but relatively small, and the bed wasn't particularly comfortable. The breakfast buffet didn't offer many choices. The happy hour on the executive floor was a pleasant surprise, but the afternoon tea was just okay, with only a few biscuits and nuts. The infinity pool was also quite small, but the view was beautiful. Since it was my birthday, they sent a delicious birthday cake, which was a nice touch. Considering the experience price, the value for money was good. However, for such a large hotel, there wasn't even a laundry room! The transportation is quite convenient, and it's quick to get to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, but there are no shopping malls or restaurants nearby. The closest place is the Wan Chai seafood souvenir shop, but it was raining that day, so I didn't walk over. I'll try it again if I have the chance!
This is my 4th time staying at the Hilton Zhuhai. This stay was to celebrate my birthday + wedding anniversary. I booked a 3-day, 2-night executive floor upgrade to a sea view room package. I had plenty of time to enjoy a slow-paced experience. The hotel facilities and service are excellent, and it's worth staying again. 👍
Although it's a city view room, you can still get a partial sea view. Clean and tidy. Includes a lounge; although the food is average, the appearance, view, and environment are comfortable. The package also includes a Chinese restaurant dinner, with excellent service and food. Breakfast is also good, with freshly made rice noodle rolls. A very cost-effective stay.
I really love this Intercontinental, the location is very close to the border. The interior decoration is beautiful, definitely an international five-star standard. You should definitely sign the kids up for the art courses, they are fun and the artworks are beautiful. The swimming pool is also stunningly beautiful.
The package is well worth it👍I will stay again in May. If I get this discount next time, it is worth recommending to my friends. The Chinese food is good and the service attitude of all the staff is positive and courteous. I am very satisfied👍
The hotel is newly renovated and has a view of Macau on the other side. The staff are friendly and courteous. The hotel has a semi-open-air swimming pool, but the water is a bit cold. There are also two heated massage pools, which is good! The package includes breakfast, and the breakfast is delicious!
The hotel is clean and well-equipped. Miki, the staff member at the Lounge, is very polite, friendly, and goes the extra mile to assist guests and meet their needs.
