- This particular service is only provided for Cambodia, with device pick up and drop off at Hong Kong International Airport. For WiFi services in other locations, please see the individual destinations
- Wi-fi devices are generally available. In the rare event that it has been booked out, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance by email.
- There is a minimum 3 day charge. If you use more days than you originally booked, you will be charged at the original retail price for the extra days when you return the device
- Day charges are calculated inclusively. For example, if you pick up the device on a Thursday and return it on a Monday, you will be charged for 5 days of usage
- You will be charged the days that you are in possession of the WiFi device, whether or not you are using the service (except when you pick the device up 1 day in advance for Mongkok Pick Up)

Used the same brand many times, very convenient to pick up in the HK airport. The connection was not very well when we visited Angkor Wat, but we tried to whatsapp the staff and they could help us reset the device remotely and waived the fees for the days that we had bad connection!

The wifi connection covered a lot of area in Siem, the battery has long life, good enough to share with friend, sometimes network become slowly after sharing and i believe this is very normal. no problems at all even visit in temples. Compare on the price, I think it is unbeatable, for sure recomment to friends.
excellent service from klook as usual, will purchase again
Unfortunately there was one day that we did not manage to get any WIFI service with the router. Overall, the signal in Siem reap was rather slow and unstable. There were times where there was no services.
Internet browsing is very good, Facebook and Instagam ideal response, will continue to rent Klook WiFi eggs in the future

Every time you travel to choose Klook wifi, because there is no supplier on the market can do low-cost. Even if the red morning machine back to Hong Kong can also go to the collection box, so convenient.
Recommended by friend, the second time I used Klook wifi services! Its price is reasonable and with good connection, has the capability to link up to 5 devices! It is particularly good for this trip as it's not so easy to have wifi access in Cambodia, so the use of this wifi egg in Cambodia did give me convenience to work on line or to communicate via what's app!
