Eligibility
- Tickets do not include accompanying tickets, and the same price policy applies to both adults and children.
- Single ticket: All ages
- 1 large and 1 small parent-child ticket: suitable for 1 adult + 1 child under 14 years old
- All entrants require one ticket per person (non-transferable, valid for one entry). Children under 1.5 meters in height entering the Ice and Snow World must be accompanied by an adult (guardian) who has purchased a ticket and is responsible for their care. Children without adult accompaniment are not permitted to enter the venue.
Booking limitations
- Attraction restrictions only support mainland China phone numbers. If you do not have a mainland China phone number, you can use 135/176/134/182/184/186/130/178/133/158/159/155/131/132 plus 8 random digits to form an 11-digit number for placing an order. Finally, enter the park with the QR CODE + ID document used for the order.
Additional information
- Equipment provision and rental: Ice skating provides skates, disposable socks, safety helmets, and dolphin-shaped skating aids (helmets and dolphin-shaped skating aids are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis). If protective gear and warm clothing are needed, they can be rented at the ticket office (warm clothing 10 yuan/piece, protective gear 10 yuan/set) or brought by yourself; the temperature inside the snow play area is about minus 6 degrees Celsius, and one warm top is provided for snow play. Other warm items (such as gloves, scarves, hats, etc.) need to be brought by yourself.
- Slide restrictions: Adult slides in the snow park are only for visitors above 1.5 meters. Visitors below 1.5 meters are prohibited from using adult slides. Visitors below 1.5 meters should use the children's slides.
- Ice surface maintenance: Ice surface maintenance will be arranged during business hours. The specific number and timing of maintenance sessions will depend on the ice conditions on the day. During maintenance, visitors are requested to move to the rest area and wait.
- Prohibited behaviors: For your safety and the safety of others, do not go onto the ice without skates. Eating, chasing, and roughhousing are prohibited on the ice. The use of hockey sticks, pucks, and speed skates is strictly prohibited within the venue. Dolphin-shaped skating aids are not allowed to be taken out of the practice area for use. Without permission, no private ice skating or skiing instruction activities may be conducted.
- Playtime: After admission, you can play for an unlimited time within the operating hours until you exit the gate. When exiting, scan the QR code/admission voucher to exit. If a visitor re-enters after exiting, a new ticket must be purchased.
- Item custody and compensation: Please take good care of your QR code and admission credentials; please cherish the facilities, items, and equipment within the venue. If there is any damage or loss, compensation will be required according to the price.
- Before exiting, visitors must return the clothing/equipment used for the relevant items completely and confirm by scanning the QR code/entry voucher.
- Safety Notice: All sports carry risks. All visitors must carefully read the "Visitor Notice" and "Disclaimer" before entering.
- People not suitable for entry: Ice and Snow World refuses entry to pregnant women, children under 1 meter tall, seniors aged 60 and above, individuals under the influence of alcohol, those with high blood pressure, heart disease, and others unsuitable for ice and snow sports.
- Temporary Closure: Due to equipment maintenance or special events, the Ice and Snow World may be temporarily closed. Please refer to the on-site announcement for specific details.
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

How to redeem
- Enter directly by scanning the QR code at the ticket gate of Alps Ice and Snow World, no ticket exchange required.
- Please keep your order QR code safe. The QR code is a necessary credential for collecting ice skates, snow play clothes, snow play entrance items, and exiting the park.
- Select the travel date, valid on the day of selection, limited to 1 entry. After entering during business hours, there is no time limit for play. Re-entry after exiting the gate requires a separate ticket purchase.

A good place for beginners learning skiing or practising. The slope was gentle but still had to mind that some people who were not skillful enough to ski fast. Some bumped into others and caused injuries. We could find an English speaking coach over there. Hand gloves (40 yuan) were sold there. There were also two small slides. We had an hour beginners course and we could ski slowly on the slope. The e-tickets were easy to use. Remember screen capture the QR codes of the tickets before using them. Once the ticket used, it won't show the QR code but we needed it for a few times in the snow world. I will definitely visit there again in the future.

The location near Window of the World Metro Station is very convenient. The kids had a great time, and it was truly worth the few dozen yuan for a full day of fun. There's snow entertainment and ice skating, and the place is spacious and clean. Lockers are available for $2/day, and you can leave luggage next to them. If you get hungry, you can eat at the snack bar, where prices are reasonable. I'm very satisfied and will definitely come again.

The venue is very cold at minus 6 degrees Celsius, but you can borrow snow jackets. You can get in as soon as you get the package ticket. It is very convenient and cheap. You can play for several hours with the snow play package package.

we went there and had loads of fun. the environment was superb and the temperature was cool with minus 6 degree. we played a lot had so much fun. we spend 3-4 hours but was just now we entered. its was the best experience

All-day access for unlimited fun, super value! The venue is huge and not too crowded. Very close from Shenzhen Bay Port or Futian Port. Lunch and dinner are easily sorted at Yitian Holiday Plaza, so convenient.

The biggest advantage is that there's no time limit. It's a lot of fun, but they only provide thin snow jackets on-site, so it's recommended to bring your own warm clothing. There's a restaurant on-site that offers hot drinks at affordable prices.
