it's plug and play..easy to pick up just check the pick up details to locate the kiosk. fast internet and able to browse google and fb, etc and it's activated when you pick it up and expires at 12 midnight on the last day of the package you chose

data works great in both hong kong and macau. used it as a hot spot data for me and my family's devices. very easy and convenient. the kiosk to pick up the sim is in the arrival hall, which is where you exit after picking up your baggage.
