Amazing massage! The therapist was so skilled - it did not hurt at all but she managed to hit all the right spots and made my pain disappear. The only time I had a comparable experience was in Bangkok, so I definitely highly recommend them! ( I visited the Guomao branch )

Remember to make an appointment via WhatsApp before purchasing! The first time I went to Sen Spa, I chose the Futian Chegongmiao Branch. The location is very convenient. It is located in a commercial building. Once you get off the ground, turn left and go down the stairs to take the subway. The store is not new. When you arrive, the staff will first fill out a simple questionnaire and select essential oils. I chose the lavender scent. After choosing, the technician will take us to wash our feet and then go into the room to change clothes. The process was quite comfortable, so I chose the intensity: medium, which I thought was enough. The 90 minutes passed quickly, followed by fruit and tea. Overall, I think it's good to have such an environment + service at this price.

It’s so convenient to go to WhatsApp and make a reservation early. Just show the QR code and you’re done. You have to wait a long time for the elevator in Gangxia store, so make an appointment in advance.

There is a room for three people. When you arrive, you first fill in the areas you want to massage, then arrange a foot bath, and then start a 60-minute traditional full-body massage. The technician is very good, every step is considerate, and the stretching is not forced, and everything can be communicated.

The Grand Theater store is convenient and at the entrance of the subway station, but there is a construction site downstairs and it can occasionally be noisy. I went there with my wife. The overall feeling is good, the price/performance ratio is good, and the environment is good. My aunt pressed it for me and it was very comfortable. I helped my wife. My wife said that the girl who did the massage didn't do it well and she didn't have enough experience.

The location is a bit hard to find, but the overall quality is very good, the clerk is also very polite, the chef is very skilled, and the price is reasonable. It would be better if there were more choices for snacks

Klook representative was super helpful assisting us in making the resrvations. We had a ladies (5 of us) trip from Hong Kong. We found the Spa a little difficult to find and we were late for our appointments. The Spa Staff easily accommodated us despite us being 20mins late. Leave extra time to find it! The massage therapist didn't speak any English but this was not a problem as she was very skilled and gave a great therapeutic massage. Loved the feet wash before the massage!

Nice environment! It has a very Thai spa feel. The technicians are a bit rude: for example, if they lift their hands and feet very hard or press their nails, they will touch the customer's body.

since I rarely travel to China and don’t have those apps for recommending good places to go, I tried klook and it’s very user friendly for travellers. at first I’m a bit afraid since need to contact the travel agent for booking and the provide qr code while I made the appointment but everything is smooth and the environment is supper good and comfortable. highly recommended
