Important notes: The company reserves the right to make the final decision in case of any dispute. The boarding location is Central Pier 8 / Hung Hom (South) Ferry Pier. Please arrive at the Central Pier 8 / Hung Hom (South) Ferry Pier service center at least 45 minutes before departure to complete the ticket exchange procedure. The ticket exchange procedure will be closed 30 minutes before departure, and the boarding gate will be closed 10 minutes before departure. Once tickets and packages are issued, no changes, refunds or cancellations will be made.
