Reviews
What an unforgettable experience! Our guide, Peter, provided us with fascinating insights during our journey to the falls, all while ensuring we felt comfortable in the cozy mini bus. We had ample time to enjoy the falls, and afterwards, we were given the opportunity to explore the commercial center for a quick dinner or leisurely stroll. The tour was perfectly timed and highly professional.
There are one of the few itineraries on Klook that allow you to see the night view of the waterfall. Whether it is a light show or fireworks, you cannot experience it during the day. Before going to the waterfall, we will stop at a winery. Although I know it is a shopping part where the travel agency can take a commission, the experience is quite comfortable and does not feel like a sales promotion. The ice wine in the winery is delicious and cost-effective. The tour guide was gentle and friendly, and he was quite willing to answer some questions about the attractions. The biggest problem is actually about the meals. I originally booked a trip that included dinner because I saw Table Rock House mentioned in the introduction as a restaurant with a high rating in the local area and which is relatively difficult to book, but in the end I was taken to a restaurant. An all-you-can-eat restaurant called Fallsview Grand Buffet. Although the price alone is the same, both the Google reviews and the actual experience are very poor. The food was average at best, many items were below average, and many other customers on site left shortly after eating. It’s so expensive, but it’s quite dissatisfying that you have to pay extra for drinks and it’s based on a single cup. The itinerary is actually good, but I really don’t recommend booking dinner. It’s really not worth it.
great experience with the guide as he is knowledgeable and good understanding of the background of the Falls.
The trip is in a large van, with a maximum of about 20 people. In winter, there are no places behind the waterfall, so a bunch of people queue up to make a hole.
The activities were great. The tour guide provided explanations about Toronto along the way. It was very interesting. The raincoats provided on the waterfall cruise are short-sleeved and a bit inconvenient to use in winter.
