This promotion is live from 10am (AEDT) - 11:59pm (AEDT) Monday 26th December 2022, and is available to Australia and New Zealand residents only (with a valid AU or NZ phone number). Customers will need to log in or sign up to a Klook account in order to participate in this promotion.
The promotion will be available to the first 500 customers, limited to 1 spin per customer only - fastest hands to spin the wheel will win a free ticket. The prizes available to be won include the below. Please note that prizes cannot be transferable between customers.
Free tickets won by customers will be randomised and customers will not be guaranteed to receive a free ticket for the activity that they want.
Customers who successfully Spin the Wheel will receive a code which will be automatically added to the promo code wallet within their Klook account. The code itself does not equate to an actual free ticket - customers will need to make a booking on Klook for the activity that they have won a prize for, and apply the code at checkout, in order to receive their free ticket. Customers will have until 11:59pm (AEDT) Monday 26th December 2022 to use their code before it expires.
Example scenario:
Prizes will be forfeited for customers who do not wish to redeem and use their code to make a booking (e.g. a customer who was hoping to win a free USJ ticket but instead won a free Tokyo Disney Resort ticket, and as a result chooses not to make a booking for Tokyo Disney). The prize will instead be reserved for other winners until either end of day (11:59pm (AEDT)) Monday 26th December 2022, or until inventory runs out - whichever happens first.
It is also recommended that customers make note of and are aware of the availability dates for the activities of the tickets they have won - some may have a shorter availability window and therefore may not meet the travel dates of customers who are not planning to fly to Japan in the next 2-3 months.
As stated above, customers can only enter the giveaway once and each customer to successfully spin the wheel will receive a max of 1 free ticket. Customers who attempt to enter by creating multiple Klook accounts may be flagged by Klook's security team, resulting in the customer's prize being cancelled.
The promotion is based on a Spin the Wheel mechanic and thus classified as a Game of Chance competition, with a total prize pool of $3,000 AUD.
