Stayed in large room 3 night before cruise. Very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Very convenient location for exploring Coppenhagen.

Great
The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Carolina was extremely helpful to us planning our day trip to Sweden! The place was always clean. Just wished the rooms were a little bigger. Overall great place and location!!

Beautifully presented room with air-conditioning. Location was perfect, and could walk easily to all areas of interest. Room itself was a bit small but suited our needs well. Friendly staff and nice relaxing lobby and bar, would definitely stay here again

Beautifully converted old building. Styled in carefully designed hues to mirror the moody monochromatic paintings of the Danish painter Vilhelm Hammershoi. There is a small bar, and game room, as well as a roof bar, which was not open while we were there. The air conditioning was very good and we were able to control it by thermostat. The room was cleaned daily and towels replaced by request. The room was pretty spacious by European standards, but the bathroom was quite small and a large person would have a difficult time with it. The breakfast, which cost extra, was an excellent buffet and the breakfast room is lovely.

Very poor room layout and service: safe on the floor level, work desk set in 4-feet tall alcove with a concrete head-knocker (I hit my head 4 times before pulling the desk out of alcove thus blocking all room circulation, inadequate wardrobe and shelf space, toilet does not flush most of the time, not a single USB outlet in the room, etc. Room service was inadequate, they did not replenish the free-gratis tea-coffee in-room station for 3 consecutive days even after my 2 requests at the reception. Location is really good, though.
