난바 덴덴타운 도보 5분거리 위치입니다. 난카이 난바 내려서 10분 정도 거리구요, 숙소를 중심으로 북쪽으로 도톤보리, 남쪽으로 츠텐카쿠 각 15분 정도 거리입니다. 4인가족에 퀸사이즈 침대 3개로 아빠랑 딸은 혼자 자고 엄마랑 12살 아들 같이 잤는데 너무 여유있게 잘 지냈습니다. 처음에 다른 호텔 더블침대 2개 있는 곳을 예약했다가 급 취소하고 여기로 했는데 정말 잘 한 선택이었네요. 출국전에 체크인 정보 미리 입력해서 QR로 바로 체크인/체크아웃 했더니 편리했습니다. 거실에 대형 식탁이 있어 마트에서 구매한 간편식 등으로 매일 아침 잘 해결했구요, 3쨋날 저녁은 센트럴스퀘어라이프(난바역 지하상가로 JR 라인 30번 출구로15분 정도 걸어가면 되더군요) 에서 구매한 초밥 우동 등으로 푸짐한 한끼 식사도 해결했습니다. 커피포트, 조리도구와 냄비, 후라이팬, 넉넉한 그릇과 접시 등이 준비되어 있습니다. 전자랜지와 중형 냉장고도 있어 웬만한 살림집이라 생각하시면 될거 같습니다. 수건은 대형으로 5장 제공되었는데 교체는 없었지만 중간에 한번 세탁기 돌려서 사용했습니다. 따뜻한 물 잘 나오고 수압도 아주 좋습니다. 한층에 룸 한개만 있는곳입니다. 베란다도 있고 베란다에 빨래걸이가 있습니다. 침대와 협탁에 전기콘센트와 충전포트가 있어서 넉넉하게 사용 가능했습니다. 다만 220v 콘센트는 없습니다. 한가지 가장 아쉬운 점은 난방이 에어컨을 통한 난방이라 바닥이 차갑고 매우매우 건조하다는 단점이 있습니다. 거실에 제습기가 있지만 가습기가 없어서 목이 아파서 잘때 아주 힘들었습니다. 오사카가 습한 곳이긴 하지만 겨울철에는 가습기가 필수로 있으면 너무너무 좋겠습니다. 호스트께서는 꼭 겨울철 가습기 필수로 해 주시면 최고일것 같습니다.

Check-in was easy using an ipad in reception. The apartment itself was pretty good, although a little basic. The beds were comfortable but duvets were a bit lumpy. Providing laundry liquid was a nice touch as we used that. Only negative I can say was there was a bit of a funky smell in the area by the lift outside our apartment but it wasn't a issue inside the apartment. Great location only ten minutes walk from Namba

진짜 최고에요 앞으로 오사카 여행은 아파트로 할래요 여기 Piecere는 특히 방도넓고 깨끗했고 급하게 예약했는데 호스트가 호텔스닷컴 문의에 답도 바로 해주어서 매우 기뻤어요 동네도 지루하지않고 난바 도톰보리 이동하기에조 좋았어요 또 방문하고 싶은 좋은 아파트에요

Except communication difficulties and dust on the bed, everything is fine.

Manager gave our room to another group the last night of our stay. They opened our room door middle of the night, it was terrible experience, for both us and the other group.

Pro: walking distance from hotel to Namba shopping district, train stations, and convenience stores. Con: complicated check in process, property owner only provided room access code but not building access code. Building access code is provided via a phone call upon arrival; however, as a foreigner you don't have a phone, and there was no public phone around.

Each unit is its own floor. This enabled for optimal privacy. It was clean and the unit looks exactly in the picture. Accessible to the Namba station. A supermarket is close by and so are convenience stores. Lots of places to eat at and Namba Parks is also nearby. You can explore the local area on your way to Dotonbori and find hidden gems. Denden Town is also only a few blocks away if you are interested in what it offers. Overall very glad we stayed here.
