Hôtel LÉONOR the place to live By Stay Collection

I am asked to write a review of, probably, one of the finest hotels in Strasbourg. It was clear that when I arrived, I would enjoy an outstanding restaurant, wonderful staff, at an excellent location, with great amenities etc. The ideal place to celebrate the birthday of my sister, which is why I came. The problem is to get there. Why does Expedia never ask about this? My flight from Miami was via Lisbon. I tried to use free airport Wifi since my French sim-card did not work. To enjoy the wait for internet access a little bit, I ordered a half-bottle of excellent yet inexpensive Portuguese wine. I got access only after the bottle was finished... Then the train to Strasbourg. One stop before, they found a suspicious item and had everyone evacuate the train. By the time I got an e-mail (in French!) how to contact customer service since the train would not move on, I was already in a taxi to meet my sister in time for dinner... So, the hotel is great, but travel in Europe is not what it used to be.

Always live this hotel. Thanks for our great stay dear team!

We were in here for 3 days/nights. The hotel/ rooms/ staff / bar/ amenities all good. Convenient to several trams and walking to the cathedral and restaurants very convenient. All hotel staff strived to help you and took ownership of their work. We would stay here again.

Everything was great. Only recommendation I would provide is they get more than 1 coffee machine at breakfast to avoid the line that builds up.

Great location, friendly staff and clean room. Enjoyed the coffee drink in the bar. One issue prevented a 5 star review. I requested to have an extra bed sheet in the room directly at the front desk and a 2nd request 3 hours later. That request was never granted but the staff said no problem it could be provided.

Amazing breakfast. Clean hotel & great location! Will absolutely be coming back :) staff were awesome as well

I gave this hotel a 5/5 in every category. The room, hotel cleanliness, staff, and breakfast were all exceptional and exceeded our expectations in every way. I would encourage anyone visiting Strasbourg to stay at this property.

A beautiful hotel with very attentive staff. Clean and nicely decorated rooms. Comfortable bed and mattress. Excellent location. Fresh and tasty breakfast! My favourite place in Strasbourg.

Great hotel.

Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Strasbourg. The staff were all friendly and approachable. They were helpful. The room was comfortable and clean with good amenities, despite staying in 40 degree temperatures the air conditioning was sufficient!
