Lovely swimming pool and great location. The room was big and the staff were really friendly. They organised a late check out for us which was great. Excellent parking in the centre of Florence. Although the pool is lovely, there are no amenities such as bar or restaurant. The shower was really low, my husband just about fit! Overall a nice stay.

The staff was very helpful, kind and accommodating when available! We arrived around 6pm to check in and no staff was present, which made the process a little complicated - it would have been easier if we were just sent one link/document with all relevant information related to our stay, including information on how to lock the door. In terms of the room, the toilet seat was quite loose, and the soaps provided were tiny (and only shampoo was provided, no conditioner). Other than that, great location and lovely pool area. Breakfast was good as well!

The room was beautiful, but the AC was not very efficient. We never saw a staff member the whole time we were there. We were comfortable and had everything we needed, but the location is a bit remote from the city center.

We stayed in Villa Tortorelli for 5 nights. Lovely room overlooking the pool. Bathroom large and very clean. It was so peaceful at night but still only 20 mins walk to Duomo. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Staff are exceptional. Couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

Beautiful property!! Easy checkin and the ability to store luggage before and after checkin/out. Staff was so kind and helpful. Love the location, 15 minute walk from the city center. Rooms were clean and beautiful. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Solo stay

Beautiful property, really enjoyed the building and having a Murano glass chandelier ! Staff was lovely and attentive, my only reason for 4 stars is the AC was not working, in the second floor it got hot very quickly, it was cool enough that an open window would fix it but then so many mosquitos got it ! Either working AC unit (each room had one it just blew hot air) or a screen on the windows so I can open would have made the stay perfect . Great area felt very safe as a solo female

Pictures are very deceiving. Check-in and checkout is extremely unorganized. There is no front desk. You are brought down the hall to do everything on a coffee table. I booked a two bedroom suit and was given two separate rooms.
