Really can't say enough about how great this one is. Stayed for a few nights with my family, including kids, and we had a very comfortable stay and had lots to do in and around the hotel. Well maintained, great rooms, great pool, great staff, great breakfast, easy parking, great breakfast. Perfect stay.

The breakfast was great. A variety of hot and cold foods each morning. The pool was nice and towels were provided. The kitchen area in the room was wonderful to have, the little pantry was very helpful. The dishwasher was very old with rusty racks. We just hand washed everything during our stay. The "fold out couch" was not comfortable at all, very hard. The room was said to sleep 4 but pillows were only provided for 2. When we asked for extra pillows we were told they didnt have any extra for that night but could have some the next night. There was no follow up for extra pillows being delivered or if we still needed them. The sheets provided for the fold out couch did not fit. We had to call and ask for some, and were told they would be available at the front desk when we were ready to pick them up. No blanket/duvet was offered. We were told they did not have any.

Problem with slow remote response, access to internet not always available and regulating air conditioner was a problem.

I was disappointed with this hotel. Expedia showed a 9+ rating, but my experience did not match that at all. The bathroom was extremely small and did not include basic toiletries such as body lotion. The shower was very noisy, and there was hardly any space to move—my hands kept touching the shower curtain. The carpet did not feel clean, which made the room feel uncomfortable overall. The TV was quite small and poorly positioned, making it difficult to watch comfortably. The location seems good, but I did not get a chance to explore the surrounding area.

The bed was terrible and the couch and chair only was able to stay one night. Is there any way to get our money for the night we could not stay there. The couch was like sitting on a rock. We were told when checking out that they had a new mattress for that room but they did not change it out before we checked in. My husband had to sleep on the couch

Staff were very helpful

Property was clean and smelled good. It is close to everything you need. Food and convenience places within walking distance. Room was great. Comfortable bed and all the amenities needed. We will be staying here again.

Unfortunately I can't give the hotel a perfect score because we were unable to check in an hour early. Also the 1 ice machine was out of orderr. The rest of our stay there was great. The rooms are small but have room for everything. Also took advantage of the EV chargers.

Very nice location. Close to all major San Diego tourist spots, hotel was super clean, everyone was super nice - good job!

A bit outdated but it’s nice
