This is the cutest hotel we stayed in throughout our Hokkaido trip. The location is great, just about 5-10 minute walk from the Heiwa Dori shopping street where there are lots of options for shopping and dining. The hotel only has 3 rooms and below it is a lovely cafe. The only issues we had were (1) Checking in - We arrived quite late in Asahikawa due to a flight delay. They stated it was self check in but we didn’t receive any check in details. When we arrived we struggled to find the parking, entrance and code to enter the building/our room. We had to call them for help but luckily someone answered and helped us out. She told us she emailed us the check in details but I checked my inbox and junk folders and we didn’t receive anything. Also checked that the email I gave them was correct and it was, so not sure how it got messed up. Anyway, please make sure you receive check in details from them before you arrive otherwise do reach out. Rooms are small but cozy. Walls are a bit thin so our first nights stay was great but second night there was a crying baby next door who cried until way past midnight, so that sucked. Will be back here though if we ever visit Asahikawa again. A much cosier option than the normal hotels around the area. Price wise is reasonable too.
