We've just returned after 9 days at Wyndham Residencies and my wife and I have had a fabulous break. The hotel is excellent with great facilities, clean and the staff were excellent. We loved it so much, we've looked to book for next year. I would say this hotel isn't suitable for everyone as it is located at the top of a steep hill and will be difficult for people who struggle walking, but I can't fault the actual hotel itself.

GreatSolo stay
I usually stay in 5 Star Hotels but felt like a change. The apartment was roomy, clean, quiet, with 180 degree views from very large terrace (2 x sunlounger beds, 2 x relaxing whicker chairs, small side table, dining table, 4 x chairs with parasol, clothes dryer). I entertained my friend 3 times on the balcony; we had great lunch and dinners (with stunning sunsets to watch - balcony was South West facing - superb!) My friend had the apartment next door so that added fun to our holiday (chatting over the wall): we ate in the restaurant twice; both meals were freshly cooked, perfectly (I likened the fillet of fish, style & quality of al-dente veg to that of a 5 star hotel); we were surprised.
The kitchen was open plan, very roomy (lounge area to one side) very well stocked with everything you need for basic food preparation; we stocked our fridges with fruit, yogurts, drinks and snacks only. It was great to have a freezer for our ice cubes and for chilling quickly any bottles of wine, etc. The little supermarket downstairs served hot freshly cooked rolls (bread) daily along with hot Danish pastries, croissants, etc, very nice indeed! All staff members were very friendly. Downside: complex is situated at the top of a very steep hill - 8th floor is high up (4 x lifts and/or several hundred steps to reach room). Good for my exercise! Pool was small! Overall: cost of a week's stay was superb value, especially when compared against 5 star hotel stays.

Lovely apartment for a few day. Bit of a climb if you struggle with hills although you can take a cab. Staff are very friendly. Would have liked to have the room cleaned but not too much of a problem. Would stay again as can’t fault the apartment but did not really like the surrounding area.

We stayed here for 3 consecutive nights and it was a complete nightmare. First, the 10:00 AM check-out is absurdly early. When I politely asked for a late check-out, the rude receptionist lied to my face, claiming they were "fully booked," even though their app showed plenty of availability.
The location is a joke. Marketed as an "ocean view," it's actually stuck high up on a steep hill(see picture3, it’s the view you can see when you go down that hill), far away from the beach.
But the worst part is the appalling infrastructure and hygiene. We booked a suite with two bathrooms, but you cannot shower at the same time—if one shower is running, the water in the other instantly loses pressure and turns freezing cold. To top it all off, we found a massive, horrifying cockroach (half the size of a palm!) inside our room.

The resort is I would say the best for families who are in Tenerife to visit the parks and enjoy the peaceful time in the resort. The rooms were very clean and had all the necessities . The resort will also provide you with the shower room on the check out day. The reception staff was courteous . The location was great . The breakfast was limited and the same menu every single day . So that needs to be worked on . Also the checkout time is too early at 10:00 while the resorts around have atleast 11:00 .

Self contained small but has everything you need. As most of the previous reviews the hill it sits on is steep and no mention of this in the description. It does has a series of lifts when at the accommodation but had a steep hill to get there first. Would be problematic for less able or pushing prams etc. Location is ok with about a 20 minutes walk to the sea front, shops about 10 minutes, bus station 10 minute walk. All in all very good for the money. Would return.
