Fiquei apenas uma noite, mas infelizmente a experiência foi bem abaixo do esperado. Foi praticamente impossível dormir, porque as portas batendo fazem muito barulho durante toda a noite. Além disso, uma funcionária abriu o meu quarto enquanto eu estava dormindo, o que me deixou extremamente desconfortável e sem sensação de segurança depois disso. Os corredores eram mal iluminados, especialmente à noite, e havia apenas um banheiro com vaso sanitário por andar para todos os hóspedes, o que não era suficiente. Infelizmente, não me senti confortável nem segura durante a estadia.

We very much appreciated the clean room, restroom, and the shower rooms! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is terrific - very close to the Old Town Square and several Christmas markets.

nous avons payé pour une chambre double, une fois arrivée , des punaises partout dans les draps et le lit, des cheveux , sol sale et lit abimé. on a demandé au service de faire le nettoyage ou de nous rembourser, le vieux qui gérait la réception , nous a agresser verbalement et refusait de faire aucun effort mem changer les draps. on était pas les seules à réclamer cette nuit pleines de filles qui ont exprimé leur insatisfaction et le comportement agressif du responsable. on étaient obligées de changer l'hôtel sans remboursement . bref a fuir et c'est hyper sallllllllle

Reasonably good location for people arriving by train, midway between the station and Prague central square, just of Wensaslas Square. Free coffee drinks are a nice touch.
