FantasticStayed with friends · For friends and family
Our little room was nice and clean. Lots of bathrooms and showers, some private and some like a stall situation. They were a little messy, but thats just the people who where staying there at the time. We had a car and parking couldn't have been easier with reserving a spot. Close to the town center.

We got the log cabin room and it was cute and small but just enough space for two people. Great location!

Great location. Had an issue on my first night with my room not being ready, but they moved me to the hotel room (I booked a hostel stay), for the night. No problems, straight forward and stress free. The staff are beyond excellent, and are a true highlight of the property, and my stay there. Breakfast was enough to keep me going through the morning. Roof top seating/bar is a really relaxing spot. I had no problems (the room change was swift and stress free for 1 night), no complaints, no recommendations…. My stay was perfect. I pretty much handcuffed myself to the coffee machine at breakfast for my coffee haha. Great wee machine.

Loved the concept of the capsules. Disappointed that the tv in the capsule did not work.. found it quite warm at night even though there was some ventilation. The usb socket did not work in the capsule. Used tne power socket to recharge my phone. The usb sockets in the reception area on the seats did not work either. Regardless of these minor setbacks found the whole experience really enlightening and would stay again. The staff were also fantastic in reception. Very friendly. Really enjoyed the whole experience.

6 stars hotel with a 2 stars hostel price, best ever in my 40 years of hostel's life. Japan may have some better service but more than double the price!

Nice hostel with decent bathrooms, but the cabins are so small, and I didn’t know I’d have to be an expert mountain climber to get in and out of bed. And why is the temperature of the rooms set to 6 million degrees? Way too expensive for what it is. Won’t be back.
